when thinking about gas being used in oxy / fuel cutting or welding “more / less” isn’t the way to look at it. the “amount” of gas being used is defined by the pressure (psi) at which gas comes out the tank. you need to really understand this basic concept to safely use oxy / fuel. it’s not like turning on a MIG welder where you can make a bunch of mistakes and still not blow yourself up. using fuel cutting / welding equipment w/o proper training can (and does) have disastrous consequences - there’s at least 3 or 4 mistakes you can make before even lighting the torch which can get you in big...
